The NCP affirmed that no intention to conduct any amendments on the current constitution, and said that the package of reformation and amendments which occurred in the bodies and different foundations of the government that has no relation with the current constitution, explaining that it has happened according to the law.
The official spokesman of the NCP Dr. Badreldin Ahmed Ibrahim said that the constitution by which governing now will remain as it is - until the common committees with parties and political forces finish their discussion and raise their final reports to the competent body.
He explained that there is no any amendment or merge to any of government’s foundations or bodies that established according to the constitution except after conducting intensive consultations with the parties and political forces who signed on the constitution.
He added that the constitution does not subject to amendment except in case of interim period or conducting new elections.
He clarified that the structure and merging, which has been announced by the government in its whole foundations and ministries has done according to the law, by which these foundations have established and not according to the national constitution, which it rules the country now.
The official spokesman denied occurring any amendment or structure on different party foundations in the center or states nowadays.
